We stand behind the performance of our gear and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your ScentLok equipment doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn, unwashed gear with all original tags attached into its original packaging or a sturdy shipping box.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
